Refunds

At ViceVersa, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is damaged. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us to initiate a return request. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will replace the damaged item with a new one at no extra cost.

International Orders

For international returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
